Al-Hajj Ayah 34-35
الحجّ آيه 35-34
Al-Hajj, verses 34–35
قوله تعالى:
وَ بَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ اَلَّذِينَ إِذٰا ذُكِرَ اللّٰهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَ الصّٰابِرِينَ عَلىٰ مٰا أَصٰابَهُمْ وَ الْمُقِيمِي الصَّلاٰةِ وَ مِمّٰا رَزَقْنٰاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ [34-35]
(Qur'an 22:34–35, M. H. Shakir)
And for every nation We appointed acts of devotion, that they may mention the name of Allah on what He has given them of cattle quadrupeds; so your God is One God, therefore to Him should you submit, and give good news to the humble, whose hearts tremble when Allah is mentioned, and the patient under what afflicts them, and those who keep up prayer, and spend (benevolently) out of what We have given them.
99-/7335 _1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَمَّامٍ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْعَلَوِيِّ،عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ دَاوُدَ،قَالَ:قَالَ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ): «سَأَلْتُ أَبِي عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ: وَ بَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ الْآيَةَ،قَالَ: نَزَلَتْ فِينَا خَاصَّةً».
99-/7335 _1- Muhammad b. al-‘Abbas said: Muhammad b. Hammam narrated to us, from Muhammad b. Isma‘il al-‘Alawi, from ‘Isa b. Dawud, who said: Musa b. Ja‘far (peace be upon him) said: “I asked my father about the word of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: ‘And give good news to the humble’—the verse. He said: ‘It was revealed specifically about us.’”
/7336 _2-علي بن إبراهيم:في قوله تعالى: وَ بَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ قال:العابدين.
99-/7336 _2- ‘Ali b. Ibrahim, regarding His saying, the Exalted: “And give good news to the humble,” said: “It means the worshipful (al-‘abidin).”
قوله تعالى:
وَ الْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنٰاهٰا لَكُمْ مِنْ شَعٰائِرِ اللّٰهِ لَكُمْ فِيهٰا خَيْرٌ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهٰا صَوٰافَّ فَإِذٰا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهٰا فَكُلُوا مِنْهٰا وَ أَطْعِمُوا الْقٰانِعَ وَ الْمُعْتَرَّ كَذٰلِكَ سَخَّرْنٰاهٰا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ [36]

And (as for) the camels, We have made them of the signs appointed by Allah for you; you have (much) good in them; therefore mention the name of Allah on them while standing in a row; then when they fall down on their sides, eat of them and feed the contented one and the beggar; thus have We made them subservient to you that you may be grateful.
99-/7337 _3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ:عَنْ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ،عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ،عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ) ،فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ: فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهٰا صَوٰافَّ . قَالَ:«ذَلِكَ حِينَ تَصُفُّ لِلنَّحْرِ،تَرْبِطُ يَدَيْهَا مَا بَيْنَ الْخُفِّ وَ [1] الرُّكْبَةِ،وَ وُجُوبُ جُنُوبِهَا إِذَا وَقَعَتْ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ».
99-/7337 _3- Muhammad b. Ya‘qub, from Abu ‘Ali al-Ash‘ari, from Muhammad b. ‘Abd al-Jabbar, from Safwan b. Yahya, from ‘Abdullah b. Sinan, from Abu ‘Abdillah (peace be upon him), regarding the word of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: “So mention the name of Allah on them while standing in a row.” He said: “That is when they are lined up for slaughter; you tie their forelegs between the hoof and the [1] knee; and their sides ‘becoming due’ is when they fall upon the ground.”
99-/7338 _4- وَ عَنْهُ:عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ،عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ،عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ،عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ) فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ: فَإِذٰا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهٰا قَالَ:«إِذَا وَقَعَتْ عَلَى
99-/7338 _4- And from him: from Humayd b. Ziyad, from Ibn Sama‘ah, from more than one [narrator], from Aban b. ‘Uthman, from ‘Abd al-Rahman b. Abi ‘Abdillah, from Abu ‘Abdillah (peace be upon him), regarding the word of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: “Then when they fall down on their sides,” he said: “When it falls upon ...”
