S 55 Ayat 33
O assembly of the jinn and the men! if you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority.
99-/10329 ʿAlī ibn Ibrāhīm said: My father narrated to me, from Muḥammad ibn Abī ʿUmayr, from Manṣūr ibn Yūnus, from ʿAmrū ibn Abī Shaybah, from Abū Jaʿfar (peace be upon him). I heard him say, of his own accord: “Indeed, when it becomes apparent to Allah to manifest His creation and gather them for what is inevitable, He commands a caller to call out, and mankind and jinn are gathered together faster than the blink of an eye. Then He gives permission for the lowest heaven to descend, and it comes behind the people. Then He gives permission for the second heaven to descend, and it is twice the size of the one before it. When the inhabitants of the lowest heaven see it, they say: ‘Our Lord has come!’ They (are told): ‘No! Rather, His command is coming.’ Until every heaven descends, each one behind the other, and each is twice the size of the one before it.”
99-/10329 (continued) Then the command of Allah comes in shades of cloud, along with the angels, and the matter is decided, and to Allah all affairs return. Then Allah commands a caller to call out:
“O assembly of jinn and men! If you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass; you shall not pass except with authority.”
99-/10329 (continued) He said: Then he (Imam al-Baqir, peace be upon him) wept, and when he had calmed down, I said: May I be your ransom, O Abu Ja'far! Where will the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family), the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), and his Shi'a be [on that Day]?
Abu Ja'far (peace be upon him) replied: “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family), Ali (peace be upon him), and his Shi'a will be on mounds of pure musk, upon pulpits of light. People will be sorrowful, but they will not be sorrowful; people will be in terror, but they will not be terrified.” Then he recited the verse:
"Whoever brings good, he shall have better than it; and they shall be secure from terror on that day."

99-/10329 (continued) He (peace be upon him) said: “The ḥasana (good deed) is the Wilayah of Ali (peace be upon him).” Then he recited the verse:
"The great fearful event shall not grieve them, and the angels shall meet them: This is your day which you were promised." The statement of Allah, the Exalted: "except with authority (sulṭān)", means: with a proof.
