al-Mustadrak (Surat Aal ‘Imran)
[Qur’an 3:5] M. H. Shakir: Surely nothing is hidden from Allah in the earth or in the heaven.
99-/_1- (al-Ihtijaj) by al-Tabrisi—in the argument of Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) against the atheists—[It is narrated that someone] said: “Are not deeds weighed?” He (peace be upon him) said: “No. Deeds are not bodies; rather, they are the description of what they did. Only one who is ignorant of the number of things and does not know their heaviness or lightness needs to weigh something; and surely nothing is hidden from Allah.”
[Qur’an 3:25] M. H. Shakir: How then will it be when We shall gather them together on a day about which there is no doubt, and every soul shall be paid fully what it has earned, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly.
99-/_2- (Makarim al-Akhlaq): From ‘Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud—in a hadith—that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and his family) said to him: “O Ibn Mas‘ud,
