S 55 Ayat 56

قوله تعالى:

فِيهِنَّ قٰاصِرٰاتُ الطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ[56]

"In them shall be those who restrain their eyes; before them neither man nor jinni shall have touched them."

  /10348 _1-علي بن إبراهيم،في قوله تعالى: فِيهِنَّ قٰاصِرٰاتُ الطَّرْفِ ،قال:الحور العين يقصر الطرف عنها من ضوء نورها،و قوله تعالى: لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ ،أي لم يمسسهن[أحد].

99-/10348 – ʿAlī ibn Ibrāhīm, regarding the saying of Allah, the Exalted: "فِيهِنَّ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ" – "In them are women limiting [their] glances" (Qur’an 55:56) – he said: The ḥūr al-ʿīn (heavenly maidens), from the intensity of their light, others lower their gaze from them.

And His saying: "لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ" – "whom no man has touched" – means that no one has had intercourse with them.
