S 57 Ayat 27

قوله تعالى:

وَ رَهْبٰانِيَّةً ابْتَدَعُوهٰا مٰا كَتَبْنٰاهٰا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلاَّ ابْتِغٰاءَ رِضْوٰانِ اللّٰهِ [27]

And (as for) monkery, they innovated it—We did not prescribe it to them—only to seek Allah's pleasure, but they did not observe it with its due observance.

99-/10537 _2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ:عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ،عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ) ،فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ: وَ رَهْبٰانِيَّةً ابْتَدَعُوهٰا مٰا كَتَبْنٰاهٰا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلاَّ ابْتِغٰاءَ رِضْوٰانِ اللّٰهِ ،قَالَ:«صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ».

وَ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ بَابَوَيْهِ فِي(عُيُونِ الْأَخْبَارِ)قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارُ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ،عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)،وَ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِعَيْنِهِ [1].

99-/10537 Muhammad ibn Ya‘qub, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Ali ibn Asbat, from Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Abi ‘Abdillah, from Abu al-Hasan (peace be upon him), regarding the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: And monasticism they innovated — We did not prescribe it for them — only seeking Allah's pleasure — he said: “It is the night prayer.”

And Ibn Babawayh narrated it in Uyoon Akhbar al-Ridha, he said: My father narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yahya al-‘Attar narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn ibn Abi al-Khattab, from Ali ibn Asbat, from Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Abi ‘Abdillah, from Abu al-Hasan (peace be upon him), and he narrated the exact same hadith.
