Bakr [1], who raised the report to ‘Ali b. al-Husayn (peace be upon them), who said: “Verily in Hell there is indeed a valley called Sa‘ir; when Hell dies down, its Sa‘ir is opened, and that is the saying of God: ‘Whenever it becomes abated We will add to their burning.’”

And We said after him to the Children of Israel: Dwell in the land; then when the promise of the Hereafter comes, We will bring you together,” meaning: from every direction. He said: His saying, “And (it is) a Qur’an which We have divided, that you may recite it to the people at intervals,” meaning: at a measured pace; “and We have revealed it in portions.” Then He said: O Muhammad, “Say: Believe in it or do not believe; surely those who have been given the knowledge before it”—meaning from the People of the Book who believed in the Messenger of God (may God bless him and his family)—“when it is recited to them, they fall upon their chins, prostrating,” he said: the face; “and they say: Glory be to our Lord! most surely the promise of our Lord is fulfilled; and they fall upon their chins weeping, and it increases them in humility.” And they are a people from the People of the Book who believed in God.

Translation: 99-/6581 _4- ‘Ali b. Ibrahim said: My father narrated to me, from al-Sabbah, from Ishaq b. ‘Ammar, from Abu ‘Abd Allah (peace be upon him). He said: I said to him: A man has a sore between his eyes and cannot prostrate upon it. He said: “He should prostrate on whatever is between the hairline; if he cannot, then on his right eyebrow; if he cannot, then on his left eyebrow; and if he cannot, then on his chin.” I said: On his chin? He said: “Yes. Do you not read the Book of God, Mighty and Majestic: ‘They fall upon their chins, prostrating’?”
