S 57 Ayat 12

قوله تعالى:

يَوْمَ تَرَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنٰاتِ يَسْعىٰ نُورُهُمْ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَ بِأَيْمٰانِهِمْ [12]

On that day you will see the faithful men and the faithful women-- their light running before them and on their right hand.

99-/10481 _1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ:عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ،وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ،عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَمُّونٍ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَصَمِّ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ،عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ،قَالَ:

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ): « يَسْعىٰ نُورُهُمْ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَ بِأَيْمٰانِهِمْ أَئِمَّةُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَسْعَى بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ بِأَيْمَانِهِمْ حَتَّى يُنْزِلُوهُمْ مَنَازِلَ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ».

وَ عَنْهُ:عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ،وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ،عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ،عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ الْبَجَلِيِّ،وَ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ يَحْيَى،عَنِ الْعَمْرَكِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ،جَمِيعاً،عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ،عَنْ أَخِيهِ مُوسَى(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)،مِثْلَهُ.

99-/10481 Muhammad ibn Ya‘qub from Ali ibn Muhammad and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, from Sahl ibn Ziyad, from Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn Shammun, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Asam, from ‘Abdullah ibn al-Qasim, from Salih ibn Sahl al-Hamdani, who said:

Abu ‘Abdillah (peace be upon him) said: "Their light shall run before them and on their right hands—(these are) the Imams of the believers on the Day of Resurrection; they shall go before the believers and on their right until they bring them to the dwellings of the people of Paradise."

And from him: from Ali ibn Muhammad and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, from Sahl ibn Ziyad, from Musa ibn al-Qasim al-Bajali and Muhammad ibn Yahya, from al-‘Amraki ibn ‘Ali—all together from Ali ibn Ja‘far, from his brother Musa (peace be upon him), likewise.

99-/10482 _2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَمَّامٍ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْعَلاَءِ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ،عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ،قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)وَ هُوَ يَقُولُ: «نُورُهُمْ يَسْعَى [2]بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَ بِأَيْمَانِهِمْ»قَالَ:«نُورُ أَئِمَّةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَسْعَى بَيْنَ أَيْدِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ بِأَيْمَانِهِمْ حَتَّى يَنْزِلُوا بِهِمْ مَنَازِلَهُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ».

99-/10482 Muhammad ibn al-‘Abbas said: Muhammad ibn Hammam narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn al-‘Ala’, from Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, from ‘Abdullah ibn al-Qasim, from Salih ibn Sahl, who said:

I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (peace be upon him) saying: "Their light shall run before them and on their right hands." He said: "It is the light of the Imams of the believers on the Day of Resurrection, running before the believers and on their right, until they settle them in their places in Paradise."

99-/10483 _3- ابْنُ بَابَوَيْهِ،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَمَّارُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ(رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ)،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِصْمَةَ،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الطَّبَرِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ الرَّازِيُّ،عَنْ شَيْبَانَ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ الْأُبُلِّيِّ،عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى،عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ،عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ،قَالَ: كُنْتُ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ(صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ)،إِذْ أَقْبَلَ بِوَجْهِهِ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)،

99-/10483 Ibn Bābawayh said: Abū Muḥammad ‘Ammār ibn al-Ḥusayn (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated to us, who said: ʿAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Iṣmah narrated to us, who said: Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Ṭabarī in Makkah narrated to us, who said: al-Ḥasan ibn al-Layth al-Rāzī narrated to us, from Shaybān ibn Farrūkh al-Ubbulī, from Hammām ibn Yaḥyā, from al-Qāsim ibn ʿAbd al-Wāḥid, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Muḥammad ibn ʿAqīl, from Jābir ibn ʿAbdullāh al-Anṣārī, who said:

One day I was with the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), when he turned his face toward ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib (peace be upon him) ….

فَقَالَ:«أَ لاَ أُبَشِّرُكَ يَا أَبَا الْحَسَنِ؟»قَالَ:«بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ».قَالَ:«هَذَا جَبْرَئِيلُ يُخْبِرُنِي عَنِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ جَلاَلُهُ أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَعْطَى شِيعَتَكَ وَ مُحِبِّيكَ سَبْعَ خِصَالٍ:اَلرِّفْقَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ،وَ الْأُنْسَ عِنْدَ الْوَحْشَةِ،وَ النُّورَ عِنْدَ الظُّلْمَةِ،وَ الْأَمْنَ عِنْدَ الْفَزَعِ، وَ الْقِسْطَ عِنْدَ الْمِيزَانِ،وَ الْجَوَازَ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ،وَ دُخُولَ الْجَنَّةِ قَبْلَ النَّاسِ،«نُورُهُمْ يَسْعَى بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَ بِأَيْمَانِهِمْ».

…He said: "Shall I not give you glad tidings, O Abā al-Ḥasan?" He said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah."

He said: "This is Jibrā'īl informing me from Allah, Glorious is His Majesty, that He has granted your Shīʿah and your lovers seven distinctions: gentleness at the time of death, companionship in loneliness, light in darkness, security during fear, justice at the scale, crossing the ṣirāṭ (bridge) successfully, and entering Paradise before the people— 'Their light shall run before them and on their right hands.'
