شفاعت زوار در حق ديگران

جهت چهارم: اينكه سبب خلاص ديگران هم مي‌شود، چنانكه سيف تمار از حضرت صادق (عليه‌السلام) روايت كرده كه شفاعت زائر قبول مي‌شود در حق صد نفر كه همه مستحق جهنم شده باشند [812] ، و در اخبار ديگر است كه به ايشان مي‌گويند: هر كس را بخواهيد دست او را بگيريد و داخل بهشت نمائيد. [813] .جهت پنجم: هر عملي منقطع مي‌شود هر چند ثوابش بماند، مگر زيارت حسين (عليه‌السلام) كه خودش منقطع نخواهد شد تا روز قيامت، چنانكه صفوان از حضرت صادق (عليه‌السلام) روايت كرده است كه چون شخص به زيارت حسين (عليه‌السلام) بيرون رود، هفتاد هزار ملك از اطرافش به مشايعت آيند و همراه او باشند، پس چون زيارت نمود آنسرور را، منادي ندا كند كه آمرزيده شدي پس عملت را از سر گير، و چون [ صفحه 281] مراجعت نمايد مشايعت كنند او را تا منزل، پس او را وداع كنند، و بعد هميشه به زيارت او آيند، تا وفات كند، آنگاه هر روز به زيارت حسين (عليه‌السلام) روند، ثوابش از براي آنشخص باشد. [814] .

The Intercession of the Visitors on Behalf of Others

Fourth Benefit: It also becomes a means for the salvation of others.

As Sayf al-Tammār narrated from Imam al-Ṣādiq (as), the intercession of the visitor (zāʾir) is accepted on behalf of one hundred people who have all become deserving of Hell. [812]

In other narrations it is stated that they will be told:

“Take by the hand whomever you wish and admit them into Paradise.” [813]

Fifth Benefit: Every deed eventually comes to an end, even though its reward may remain. However, the visitation of Husain (a.s.) is different, for it does not come to an end until the Day of Resurrection.

As Ṣafwān narrated from Imam al-Ṣādiq (as):

When a person sets out to visit Husain (a.s.), seventy thousand angels come from all sides to accompany him and remain with him. When he performs the ziyārah of that noble Imam, a caller proclaims:

“You have been forgiven, so begin your deeds anew.”

When he returns, the angels accompany him back to his home. They then bid him farewell, but they continue thereafter to visit him until he dies. After his death, they go every day to visit Husain (a.s.), and the reward of that visitation is written for that person. [814]
