ابْنُ بَابَوَيْهِ:بِإِسْنَادِهِ،عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ الْحَنَّاطِ،عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ،عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ) قَالَ: «مَنْ قَرَأَ سُورَةَ النَّحْلِ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ،كُفِيَ الْمَغْرَمَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ سَبْعِينَ نَوْعاً مِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الْبَلاَءِ أَهْوَنُهُ الْجُنُونُ وَ الْجُذَامُ وَ الْبَرَصُ،وَ كَانَ مَسْكَنُهُ فِي جَنَّةِ عَدْنٍ،وَ هِيَ وَسَطُ الْجِنَانِ».

99-/5958 — Ibn Bābawayh: By his isnād, from ‘Āṣim b. Ḥumayd al-Ḥannāṭ, from Muḥammad b. Muslim, from Abū Ja‘far (peace be upon him), who said: “Whoever recites Sūrat al-Naḥl every month will be spared liability in this world and [spared] seventy kinds of affliction, the least of which are madness, leprosy, and vitiligo, and his dwelling will be in the Garden of Eden, which is the middle of the Gardens.”

الْعَيَّاشِيُّ:عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ،عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)قَالَ: «مَنْ قَرَأَ سُورَةَ النَّحْلِ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ دَفَعَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ الْمَغْرَمَ [1] فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ سَبْعِينَ نَوْعاً مِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الْبَلاَءِ أَهْوَنُهُ الْجُنُونُ وَ الْجُذَامُ وَ الْبَرَصُ،وَ كَانَ مَسْكَنُهُ فِي جَنَّةِ عَدْنٍ».وَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ):«وَ جَنَّةُ عَدْنٍ هِيَ وَسَطُ الْجِنَانِ».

99-/5959 — Al-‘Ayyāshī: From Muḥammad b. Muslim, from Abū Ja‘far (peace be upon him), who said: “Whoever recites Sūrat al-Naḥl every month, Allah will ward off from him liability [1] in this world and [ward off] seventy kinds of affliction, the least of which are madness, leprosy, and vitiligo, and his dwelling will be in the Garden of Eden.” And Abū ‘Abdillāh (peace be upon him) said: “And the Garden of Eden is the middle of the Gardens.”

وَ مِنْ(خَوَاصِّ الْقُرْآنِ):رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ(صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ)أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ قَرَأَ هَذِهِ السُّورَةَ لَمْ يُحَاسِبْهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى بِمَا أَنْعَمَ عَلَيْهِ،وَ إِنْ مَاتَ يَوْمَهُ أَوْ لَيْلَتَهُ وَ تَلاَهَا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ كَالَّذِي مَاتَ وَ أَحْسَنَ الْوَصِيَّةَ،وَ مَنْ كَتَبَهَا وَ دَفَنَهَا فِي بُسْتَانٍ احْتَرَقَ جَمِيعُهُ،وَ إِنْ تُرِكَتْ فِي مَنْزِلِ قَوْمٍ هَلَكُوا قَبْلَ السَّنَةِ جَمِيعُهُمْ».

99-/5960 — And in (Khawāṣṣ al-Qur’ān): It is reported from the Prophet (blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) that he said: “Whoever recites this sūrah, Allah the Exalted will not call him to account for what He has bestowed upon him; and if he dies on that day or night and has recited it, he will have a reward like that of one who died having made a good bequest. And whoever writes it and buries it in an orchard, all of it will be burned; and if it is left in a people’s house, they will all perish before a year passes.”

وَ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)قَالَ: «مَنْ كَتَبَهَا وَ جَعَلَهَا فِي حَائِطِ الْبُسْتَانِ لَمْ تَبْقَ شَجَرَةٌ تَحْمِلُ إِلاَّ وَ سَقَطَ حَمْلُهَا وَ تُنْثَرُ،وَ إِنْ جَعَلَهَا فِي مَنْزِلِ قَوْمٍ بَادُوا وَ انْقَرَضُوا [2] مِنْ أَوَّلِهِمْ إِلَى آخِرِهِمْ فِي تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ،فَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ-يَا فَاعِلَهُ- وَ لاَ تَعْمَلْهُ إِلاَّ لِظَالِمٍ».

99-/5961 — And from al-Ṣādiq (peace be upon him), he said: “Whoever writes it and places it in the wall of an orchard, there will not remain any fruit-bearing tree but that its fruit will fall and be scattered; and if he places it in the house of a people, they will perish and be wiped out [2], from the first of them to the last of them, in that year. So fear Allah—O you who would do it—and do not do it except against a wrongdoer.”
