Third: Description of the book’s copies
١ ـ النسخة المودعة في مكتبة كلية الإلهيات ـ جامعة طهران ، رقمها (٢٩٤٨) ، كتبها محمد بن الحسن بن الحاج حافظ الأميري في ١٤ محرم الحرام ١١١٤ ه وتبدأ من أواخر سورة يونس إلى آخر التفسير ، الموجود لدينا منها يبدأ من أواخر سورة الاسراء إلى آخر الكتاب. ورمزنا لها بالحرف «ج».
1 — The copy deposited in the Library of the Faculty of Theology — University of Tehran, number (2948), written by Muhammad ibn al-Ḥasan ibn al-Ḥājj Ḥāfiẓ al-Amīrī on the 14th of Muḥarram al-Ḥarām 1114 AH. It begins from the latter part of Sūrat Yūnus to the end of the tafsir; what we possess from it begins from the latter part of Sūrat al-Isrāʾ to the end of the book. We designated it with the letter ج.
٢ ـ النسخة المودعة في المكتبة الرضوية (آستانه قدس رضوي) ـ مشهد المقدسة ، رقمها (١٤٣٤٤) كتبها السيد عبدالله في سنة ١٢٦٢ ه ، تبدأ من أوائل المقدمة حيث سقط بعض أوراقها وتنتهي بآخر سورة الكهف ، وهذه النسخة تطابق النسخة التالية (نسخة مكتبة سبهسالار) من حيث الكاتب والبداية والسقط والتصحيف والبياض وغيرها ، وكأن النسخة التالية منقولة عن هذه النسخة ، قابلنا منها المقدار المفقود من أواخر سورة الكهف من النسخة التالية. ورمزنا لها بالحرف «ق».
2 — The copy deposited in the Razawi Library (Astāna Quds Radawī) — holy Mashhad, number (14344), written by Sayyid ʿAbdullah in the year 1262 AH. It starts from the beginning of the introduction, though some pages are missing, and ends at the end of Sūrat al-Kahf. This copy is identical to the next copy (the Sepahsalar Library copy) in terms of the scribe, its beginning, the missing parts, scribal errors, blank spaces, etc., and it seems that the next copy was copied from this one. We used it to supplement the missing part from the end of Sūrat al-Kahf in the next copy. We designated it with the letter ق.
٣ ـ النسخة المودعة في مكتبة سبهسالار ـ طهران ، رقمها (٢٠٥٧) ، كتبها السيد عبدالله في سنة ١٢٦٨ ه ، تبدأ من أوائل المقدمة حيث سقط بعض أوراقها وتنتهي بالآية (١٨) من سورة الكهف ، وهذه النسخة تطابق النسخة السابقة (نسخة المكتبة الرضوية) من حيث الكاتب والبداية والسقط والتصحيف والبياض وغيرها ، وكأنها منقولة عنها ، قابلناها كلها ، وأكملنا الأوراق المفقودة من آخرها والتي تبدأ من الآية (١٨) من سورة الكهف إلى آخر السورة من النسخة السابقة. ورمزنا لها بالحرف «س».
3 — The copy deposited in Sepahsalar Library — Tehran, number (2057), written by Sayyid ʿAbdullah in the year 1268 AH. It starts from the beginning of the introduction, with some missing pages, and ends at verse 18 of Sūrat al-Kahf. This copy is identical to the previous copy (Razawi Library) in terms of the scribe, its beginning, the missing parts, scribal errors, blank spaces, etc., and it seems it was copied from it. We collated it completely, and completed the missing pages at the end, beginning from verse 18 of Sūrat al-Kahf to the end of the surah, using the previous copy. We designated it with the letter س.
٤ ـ النسخة المطبوعة على الحجر في إيران سنة ١٣٠٢ ه ، تبدأ من أول سورة مريم إلى آخر الكتاب ، قوبلت بتمامها ، ورمزنا لها بالحرف «ي».
٥ ـ الطبعة الحروفية ذات الأجزاء الأربعة ، طبع مؤسسة إسماعيليان ـ قم المقدسة ، تبدأ من أول التفسير إلى آخره ، وقد قوبلت بها جميع النسخ والمصادر ورمزنا لها بالحرف «ط».
4 — The lithographic printed copy in Iran in 1302 AH, beginning from the start of Sūrat Maryam to the end of the book. It was fully compared, and we designated it with the letter ي.
5 — The letterpress printed edition in four volumes, printed by Ismaʿīliyān Foundation — Qom al-Muqaddasa, starting from the beginning of the tafsir to its end, and we compared all the manuscripts and sources to it. We designated it with the letter ط.
