S 57 Ayat 9

قوله تعالى:

لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمٰاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ [9]

"That He may bring you forth from utter darkness into light."

99-/10472 _1- ابْنُ شَهْرِ آشُوبَ:عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَ جَعْفَرَ(عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلاَمُ) ،فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمٰاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ يَقُولُ:«مِنَ الْكُفْرِ إِلَى الْإِيمَانِ،يَعْنِي إِلَى الْوَلاَيَةِ لِعَلِيٍّ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ)».

From Ibn Shahr Aashub: from Abu Ja'far and Ja'far (peace be upon them both), regarding the saying of Allah, the Exalted:– “That He may bring you forth from utter darkness into light” he said: “From disbelief to faith — that is, to the wilayah (divinely ordained guardianship) of ‘Ali (peace be upon him).”
