Al-Mustadrak (Surah Ibrahim)

المستدرك (سورة إبراهيم)

قوله تعالى:

وَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ الْأَرْضَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ [14:14]

[14:14] And We will certainly make you dwell in the land after them; this is for him who fears My majesty and fears My threat. (M. H. Shakir)

99- _1- تُحَفِ الْعُقُولِ: عَنِ الْإِمَامِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ) أَنَّهُ قَالَ -فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ-: «فَخَافُوا اللَّهَ أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ مِنَ الْبَيَاتِ خَوْفَ أَهْلِ التَّقْوَى، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ: ذٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خٰافَ مَقٰامِي وَ خٰافَ وَعِيدِ فَاحْذَرُوا زَهْرَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَ غُرُورَهَا وَ شُرُورَهَا، وَ تَذَكَّرُوا ضَرَرَ عَاقِبَةِ الْمَيْلِ إِلَيْهَا، فَإِنَّ زِينَتَهَا فِتْنَةٌ، وَ حُبَّهَا خَطِيئَةٌ».

99-/273: Tuhaf al-‘Uqul: from Imam ‘Ali b. al-Husayn (peace be upon him) that he said—in a long narration: So fear Allah, O believers, the sudden night seizure, with the fear of the people of Godwariness; for Allah says: That is for him who fears My station and fears My threat. So beware the bloom of this worldly life, its delusion and its evils, and remember the harm of the outcome of inclining toward it, for its adornment is a trial, and loving it is a sin.
