رأي ابن تيميه و احمد بن حنبل در تبرك

ابن تيميه در كتاب اقتضاء الصراط المستقيم نقل مي كند: احمد بن حنبل و غير او اجازه داده اند تا انسان منبر و جا دستي پيامبر(صلي الله عليه وآله) را بر روي منبر براي تبرك مسح نمايد، ولي مسح قبر آن حضرت را رخصت نداده اند. ولي برخي ديگر از اصحاب ما روايتي از احمد نقل كرده كه مسح قبر پيامبر(صلي الله عليه وآله) را نيز جايز شمرده است.

The View of Ibn Taymiyyah and Ahmad ibn Hanbal on Tabarruk

Ibn Taymiyyah writes in Iqtidhāʾ al-Ṣirāṭ al-Mustaqīm: “Ahmad ibn Hanbal and others have permitted that a person may touch and wipe (for blessings) the Prophet’s pulpit and the place where his hand rested upon the pulpit, seeking tabarruk thereby. However, they did not permit wiping over the Prophet’s grave. Yet, some of our companions have narrated another report from Ahmad allowing the touching of the Prophet’s grave for blessings.”
